Admissions

Now Accepting Enrollment Inquiries

Focus Plus Academy is accepting enrollment inquiries for the 2026–2027 school year.

For the 2026–2027 school year, Focus Plus Academy will open with grades 6–9. We plan to grow thoughtfully toward a full grades 6–12 program.

Because Focus Plus Academy is intentionally small and designed for a specific student profile, admissions is a fit-based process. Our goal is to learn about each student and determine whether our school environment, structure, and support model are the right match for that student’s needs.

A Thoughtful Fit-Based Process

Focus Plus Academy is not trying to be the right school for every student.

We are building a small, structured school community for students who may benefit from a different kind of school environment — one where students are seen for their strengths, teachers lead with positivity, and support is built into the school day from the start.

As part of the admissions process, we take time to learn about each student’s strengths, learning profile, school history, support needs, and family goals.

If we do not believe Focus Plus Academy can appropriately support a student, we will communicate that to families as early as possible in the admissions process.

How the Admissions Process Begins

The first step is to complete an enrollment inquiry form. This gives us a chance to learn more about your child, your family’s goals, and what you are looking for in a school.

After we receive your inquiry, a member of our team will follow up to schedule an initial conversation.

From there, families who appear to be a possible fit may be invited to continue through the enrollment process, which may include a parent conversation, student records review, formal application, parent tour, student visit, or school meeting.
