2026–2027 Tuition
Annual Tuition: $19,500
Several payment options are available, including annual,
semi-annual, and monthly payment plans.
Application Fee: $100
This is a one-time, non-refundable fee due when a student first applies to Focus Plus Academy.
Required Annual Registration Fee: $300
This is a non-refundable annual fee due upon enrollment or
re-enrollment. This fee helps confirm the student’s placement for the school year.
Scholarship Options
NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship & ESA+ Scholarship
Focus Plus Academy is a Direct Payment School for both the Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ Scholarship.
This means eligible scholarship funds may be paid directly to Focus Plus Academy and applied toward qualified tuition and required fees, as permitted by NCSEAA.
For eligible families, these scholarships may significantly reduce out-of-pocket tuition costs. In some cases, depending on the student’s award amount, eligibility, program rules, and tuition balance, scholarship funding may cover tuition or significantly reduce the amount a family pays out of pocket.
Families may be eligible for one or both scholarship programs, depending on NCSEAA rules, documentation requirements, and application timelines.
Opportunity Scholarship
The Opportunity Scholarship helps eligible North Carolina families pay tuition and required fees at registered private schools.
Award amounts are determined by NCSEAA and vary based on household income, eligibility, and available funding.

ESA+ Scholarship
Education Student Accounts (ESA+) scholarship funds help North Carolina families pay for education and services for children with disabilities.
Some students with qualifying disabilities and required documentation may be eligible for ESA+ Scholarship funding.

School-Based Financial Aid
Focus Plus Academy may offer limited school-based financial aid when available.
Financial aid is based on demonstrated need, available funds, and school capacity. Because school-based aid is limited, families interested in financial assistance should contact us early in the admissions process.
