Co-Founder & School Director
Jill Paterson is Co-Founder and School Director of Focus Plus Academy, where she leads the school’s overall vision, development, admissions process, and growth.
Jill brings a professional background in global branding and marketing, along with experience serving on boards of directors for both educational and community service organizations. She works directly with prospective families throughout the admissions process, getting to know each student and family as part of determining whether Focus Plus Academy is the right fit.
Her decision to help create Focus Plus Academy is also deeply personal, shaped by her own family’s experience and a desire to build the kind of school she knew other families were looking for as well.
