Co-Founder & Operations Director
Steve Paterson is Co-Founder and Operations Director of Focus Plus Academy, where he helps lead the systems, technology, operations, and infrastructure that support the school.
A mechanical engineer by training, Steve has built his career at the intersection of technology, business development, IT, and entrepreneurship. He has extensive experience helping launch and build new businesses, as well as creating the systems and structures organizations need to operate effectively and grow successfully.
At Focus Plus Academy, he brings that same combination of systems thinking, business experience, technology expertise, and practical problem-solving to building the school and supporting its thoughtful growth.
